Tracie Taylor joined TCP Asset Management in August 2024 as the Director of Client Experience. With over two decades of experience in client services, she previously served as Director of Client Services at a consulting firm specializing in Health and Retirement benefits. During her 21-year tenure, Tracie was dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences by emphasizing care, compassion, and ensuring that all processes were seamlessly followed to deliver a comprehensive service across all levels.

At TCP, Tracie is responsible for leading and elevating the client experience, ensuring that each interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to excellence and personalized service.

Tracie resides in Plain City, Ohio, and is a proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to one granddaughter and two grandsons. In her free time, she enjoys visiting Universal Studios and Disney World, as well as any opportunity to spend quality time with her family.
