Beyond TCP, Phil is deeply committed to community leadership and service. He is actively involved in the Buckeye Cruise for Cancer, supporting critical cancer research and patient care initiatives. He served on the Board of Trustees for the Columbus Sports Commission and the Board of Trustees for Shadowbox Live, contributing to the growth and vitality of Central Ohio’s civic and cultural landscape.

In addition, Phil plays an active role in the continued evolution of his family’s third-generation business, The Berwick, a longstanding catering and hospitality institution for 70 years in Columbus.  He is committed to helping carry forward its legacy while supporting its leadership and strategic direction in the years ahead.
