Ashley joined TCP Asset Management in January 2025, after merging his company, Varner Financial Group, with TCP. Ashley had his firm for 25 years and built it based on “Integrity and Service for Generations”. The practice provided estate and investment planning with an emphasis on risk and legacy goals.

Ashley will be based in the Greensburg, PA office. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, along with a Certificate in Financial Planning from Duquesne University. His security licenses include series 6,7,63,65,24 and multiple state insurance licenses.

Ashley and his wife, Sue, have two grown children, and two grandchildren. Christian faith is very important in their family life.
