Phil’s leadership was central to the design and implementation of the strategic planning process with one of Columbus’ largest employers.  His commitment to understanding each client has helped promote and foster deep relationships among clients across the country.

Throughout his career, Phil has been passionate in making a difference in the community.  Phil has a profound interest in the development of tomorrow’s leaders through the works of Otterbein University’s Advisory Council.  In addition, Phil supports initiatives at The James - The Ohio State University Comprehensive Care Center and Otterbein University.
